We aim to dispatch all purchases within 1 working day and use couriers who have delivered the most reliable and efficient service. We send out on a 48h service.
 

PLEASE NOTE Cut off for standard Christmas delivery has now passed. Please order by 2pm Monday 22 December for express delivery which SHOULD reach you before Christmas but we cannot guarantee. We will continue to send out orders as quickly as possible after this time - almost always the same day - but please note that as December is so busy lead times may take longer than normal.  

 

We normally share your email address so that you have access to tracking. Please allow 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer the option to click and collect. Browse and buy at home or contact us direct before collecting from the store during normal business hours. Please note that goods must be collected by 12pm on Christmas Eve or will be unavailable until 2 January.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you love your order, we understand there may be times when you need to return items to us, which we are happy to exchange, credit or refund within 14 days.

 

We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition, unused with their original packaging. The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend that you send the returns by a tracked service.

 

Please address to Collated, The Guildhall, Market Hill, Framlingham, Suffolk, IP13 9BD enclosing your reason for returning and your original order number. 

 

Please note that earrings and sealed products eg body products and home fragrance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
